DS-KH9510-WTE1 is a 7 inch Hikvision Android OS room station which is able to utilise the Hik-Connect app to view, arm or disarm other Hikvision devices, such as NVRs, cameras or the alarm hub.

Hikvision Intercom products are covered by a 2 years Manufacturer Warranty from the date of purchase.
CTC Security will cover postage for all replacement parts, but will not cover labour for installation cost.
CTC Security offers a 1 year warranty on labour when the system is installed by us.
