The Aiphone GT-12V3 12 Apartment Multi Tenant Video Intercom System Set(GT-1M3) offers advanced video technology for dependable communication between apartments. With this system, you can always stay informed of important visitors and deliveries for added peace of mind.

The GT-12V3 consists of 12 x 3.5" video intercom tenant station for the GT series Multi-Unit entry system. It is equipped with Door Release, Option, and Guard buttons.

The GT-1M3 is a multifunctional audio/video station designed for use with the GT Series Multi-Tenant Video Intercom system.

It features door release and talk buttons, as well as a concierge/security guard call button and an option button for controlling external devices, such as lights.

The station also includes zoom and light adjustment buttons for the entry camera. When a visitor calls, the tenant station will ring and display video on screen.

By pressing the talk button, the call can be answered.

Additionally, the GT-1M3 can call the Concierge/Security Guard station(s), activate an external light during a conversation with a visitor at the entrance, and receive emergency tones from a pull cord or panic call button.
